1. Digital Products (E-books, Guides)
- All sales are final – Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once files are downloaded.
 - Technical Issues? If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days for assistance.
 
2. Physical Products (Books, Natural Products)
Returns Accepted Within 30 Days If:
✅ Product is defective/damaged upon arrival
✅ Wrong item was shipped
✅ Unopened products in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return:
❌ Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Products purchased more than 30 days ago
❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse
3. Return Process
- Email Us First: Contact [email protected] with:
- Your order number
 - Photos of damaged/defective items
 - Reason for return
 
 - Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
 - Ship Items Back:
- Buyer pays return shipping unless error was ours
 - Use trackable shipping (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
 
 - Refund Processing:
- Approved returns: Refund issued within 5 business days after we receive items
 - Original shipping costs are non-refundable
 
 
4. Refund Methods
- Credit/debit cards: Refunded to original payment method
 - PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
 - Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account
 
5. Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds. To get a replacement item, please place a new order.
6. Special Cases
- Lost/Damaged in Transit: Contact us immediately with photos of damaged packaging/items
 - Undelivered Packages: Work with your local post office first, then contact us if unresolved
