Refund and Returns Policy

At Organic Living Well, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

1. Digital Products (E-books, Guides)

  • All sales are final – Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once files are downloaded.
  • Technical Issues? If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days for assistance.

2. Physical Products (Books, Natural Products)

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days If:

✅ Product is defective/damaged upon arrival
✅ Wrong item was shipped
✅ Unopened products in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return:

❌ Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Products purchased more than 30 days ago
❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

  1. Email Us First: Contact [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of damaged/defective items
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship Items Back:
    • Buyer pays return shipping unless error was ours
    • Use trackable shipping (we’re not responsible for lost returns)
  4. Refund Processing:
    • Approved returns: Refund issued within 5 business days after we receive items
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Refund Methods

  • Credit/debit cards: Refunded to original payment method
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account

5. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. To get a replacement item, please place a new order.

6. Special Cases

  • Lost/Damaged in Transit: Contact us immediately with photos of damaged packaging/items
  • Undelivered Packages: Work with your local post office first, then contact us if unresolved
